These tokens were issued by Capital Transit for use on Washington DC-area street cars from 1933 - 1955. With the rising popularity of the automobile, streetcars were used less and were phases out in favor of buses.

We have turned them into cufflinks - complete w/ their historical wear and tear. Each pair is slightly different thanks to time and usage. They measure approx 16mm across.

These will be shipped in a jewelry box - appropriate for gift-giving.
