These rare vintage tokens were used in St Louis, Missouri just after the turn of the century. The United Railways Co consolidated all of the independent trains in 1907 and helped build out of the suburbs by offering transport in, and out, of the city.

Both cufflinks feature a cut-out U where the silver cufflink post shines through. One token reads Good for One City Fare; the other United Railways Co. of St. Louis - 1919. The tokens have been lightly polished and secured to silver cufflink posts. They measure approx 16mm.

The cufflinks will be shipped in a cufflink box - ideal for gift giving.
